Is it okay to ask questions on here? Finding Syriac or Belerik online is like waiting or the apocalypse. You expect it, but it never shows up.

Since I'm new to this area building, I thought asking some simple questions about flags, etc. would be beneficial for myself and others. I know I have a lot of questions at times.
